The Hospitality Sector started 2023 with an unusually buoyant January and several new clients approached us for funds to streamline their existing  heavy commitments plus cash support to boost essential working capital.

A typical case was a successful Restaurant Group which required a complete financial makeover. Their total loan commitments of circa £450,000 owed to numerous lenders were costing £73,000 per month and crushing their business
